The aim of the project is to analyse and design the digitalisation and automation of selected internal processes at MARTEL Sminn, s. r. o., above all in handling customer enquiries and managing customer relationships. The project focuses on identifying inefficient manual activities, designing suitable digital solutions and creating an implementation roadmap that will increase efficiency, reduce the time processes take and strengthen the company's competitiveness.

The project is funded by the European Union from the resources of the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic and covers the design of a new product line of electric vehicle charging stations — a solution intended for subsequent series production. The solution goes through research, development and the production of a functional prototype adapted to the existing control unit of the device. The process spans drawings, 3D modelling and testing for subsequent production using plastic injection moulding and 3D prototype manufacturing.
